‘Sharing the best facilities for electron and X-ray imaging to help move Earth-materials research forward’
Open to all
The universities and institutes connected within the EXCITE Network all believe progress in Earth-materials research is depending on the availability of doing research in their facilities and labs.
By connecting our resources we make sure every scientist has an equal chance to perform Earth-materials research in outstanding facilities and labs. Access for all, there when you need it.
Learn more about our 24 facilities and find out how you gain access to our open imaging network.
The best for the best
The EXCITE Network is aiming to integrate joint research programmes with networking, training, and transnational access activities. With these activities we enable both academia and industry to answer critical questions in Earth-materials science and technology.
As such, the EXCITE Network will build a community of highly qualified Earth scientists, develop correlative imaging technologies and provide access to world-class facilities to researchers and industry.
